MacroMedics® MacroCast Low-Shrinkage Thermoplastics

MacroCast thermoplastic masks are our lowest shrinkage traditional masks. They are composed of a unique and proven thermoplastic material designed specifically to offer the ultimate in patient comfort with exceptional rigidity and extremely low shrinkage (1-2%). Available in multiple perforation styles and compatible with most manufacturers’ baseplates, MacroCast’s primary focus is the patient experience. IOS only carries MacroCast in 2.3mm thickness because Macrocast has sufficient inherent rigidity at this thickness.
