Engineers and physicists by background, our mission is to bring high-quality, reasonably priced products and services to patients and clinicians that solve unique clinical problems and make their lives better.
At IOS, we dedicate the vast majority of our resources to acquiring quality products and getting them to our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. The products we select to represent undergo a rigorous evaluation process, ensuring only the highest quality products that solve real problems reach our customers.

Operations Manager
David Holdford is Operations Manager at Innovative Oncology Solutions, Inc., where he works closely with radiation oncology providers to support the adoption of advanced patient-positioning and treatment-delivery technologies.
With experience in oncology device sales and clinical workflow integration, he focuses on helping cancer centers implement solutions that improve treatment accuracy, efficiency, and patient comfort.
Director of Sales
Matthew McGinnis is an experienced sales leader in the radiation oncology and medical device industry, currently serving as Director of Sales at Innovative Oncology Solutions. He brings over two decades of experience across sales, account management, and product-focused roles, with a strong track record of supporting clinical teams and driving strategic growth.
Prior to his current role, Matthew held senior positions at Accuray and IBA, including Regional Sales Director for the Southeast, where he led high-performing teams and contributed to the adoption of advanced oncology technologies. His background includes regional sales leadership within dosimetry and radiation therapy solutions.
Regional Account Manager, Central U.S.
Jon has built his career in sales, driven by a genuine passion for working with people and developing meaningful, long-term relationships. With extensive experience in the radiation oncology medical device sector, he has a well-rounded perspective on both clinical and business needs and is particularly engaged in hands-on aspects of the work, including demonstrations, problem-solving, and tailoring solutions to each situation.
He defines success through trust and lasting relationships, valuing the ability to consistently add value for his clients.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, attending sporting events, and appreciating life's many blessings.

Meagan Oakley is passionated about building real relationships with radiation therapists and clinical teams.
