Description
The DSPS® System can be used to gain better beam access to the occipital and brain stem areas of the skull. The facial portion of the prone mask is molded first in the supine position for easy molding and patient comfort.
A prone reference bridge is used to ensure that the patient is molded at the correct height. Then the occipital mask is molded with the patient in the prone position, maximizing access with the patient in the treatment position.
